Getting Started with HPC OnDemand: A New Interface for NIH HPC Users

This session of the BTEP Coding Club featured guest speaker Jonathan Goodson, Ph.D., a Computational Scientist with High Performance Computing in the Office of Scientific Computing in the NIH Center for Information Technology. Jonathan showcased NIH HPC OnDemand, a new interface for on-demand access to HPC resources via a web browser.

HPC OnDemand simplifies access to graphical sessions and GUI applications such as RStudio, VSCode, and Jupyter Lab, which is an exciting development for both new and regular users of NIH HPC systems.
