Spatial Transcriptomics Analysis Group

Our Mission

We invite analysts interested in developing Spatial Transcriptomics Workflows focusing on the Visium and Xenium platforms to join us for this meeting. Our discussion will center on the development, testing, and deployment of tools for these innovative platforms. Contributions are welcome at all levels, from discussing useful tools to the creation and implementation of cutting-edge tools in Spatial Transcriptomics. We hope that by engaging a wider group of users and bioinformatics experts, we can collaboratively learn about and apply the latest methods, benefiting the CCR community and scientists at large.

Meeting Topics Include

  • New development in Visium and Xenium platforms
  • Development of the Spatial Transcriptomics workflow
  • User Testing strategies and protocols
  • Deployment plans and timelines
  • Collaboration and contributions on GitHub

Meeting Times

Monthly: Wednesdays @ 2PM
This monthly session is the third Wednesday of every month. Sessions bring together biologists & bioinformaticians to discuss topics of interest related to spatial transcriptomics. Each meeting features a rotating roster of speakers, with a biologist & bioinformatician co-presenting.
Bi-Weekly: Thursdays @ 1PM
Held every first and third Thursday of every month, these meetings focus on collaboration among bioinformaticians to develop a shared workflow.
