Bioinformatics Training and Education Program (BTEP)

BTEP is the training arm of CCBR, dedicated to helping CCR scientists understand and carry out bioinformatics analyses. The mission is to build conceptual foundations that enable effective collaboration and informed interpretation of results.

Hands-on training in Bulk RNA-seq, R/Bioconductor, Python, single-cell analysis, and more — offered throughout the year on campus and virtually.
