DNAnexus Overview

The Genome Analysis Unit (GAU/OSTR/CCR) has established an institutional account with the cloud computing platform DNAnexus to facilitate the CCR research community in the analysis of Next Generation Sequence (NGS) data.

DNAnexus provides a user-friendly interface to Amazon Web Services. This enables users with limited computational experience to use a vast array of computational resources to run analysis programs on DNA sequence data and to store and view the results. The platform includes applications to process, RNA-seq, ChIP-seq, and other NGS data types.

This document lays out how to participate in this program and the rules governing the use of this platform.
