Welcome to the BTEP Single-Cell and Spatial Omics Seminar Series
This seminar series is designed to guide attendees through the rapidly evolving landscape of single-cell and spatial transcriptomics, from the underlying technologies to hands-on data analysis workflows. Across multiple sessions, participants will gain foundational knowledge of how these cutting-edge approaches work, how data is generated and processed, and how to analyze and interpret results using widely adopted tools such as Cell Ranger, Seurat, and the scverse ecosystem including Scanpy and Squidpy. Whether you are new to single-cell omics or looking to expand your skills into spatial transcriptomics, this series will provide the foundational framework and practical starting points to help you get up and running with your own data.
