This presentation will showcase the significant efforts in the meta-analysis of open-access immunological studies and secondary analysis of clinical trial data from NIAID-DAIT funded ImmPort database. We are also going to present a case study on analyzing cytometry data using deep learning models, recently published in PNAS. https://www.pnas.org/content/117/35/21373
