About this Class

Students will learn how to use the point-and-click interface in Partek Flow to go from raw data to experimental results for DNA-Seq and ATAC/ ChIP-Seq data analysis.The class will start with NGS data import, followed by filtering duplicates, SNV detection and annotation in DNA-seq analysis; Peak detection and annotation in ATAC-seq analysis; Visualize data using Chromosome view, Sankey plot, TSS plot and other viewers.Benefits: Acquire working knowledge of tools available to NIH researchers for the start to finish DNA-Seq and ATAC/ChIP-seq data analysis.
