About this Class

Presenter: Dr. Bernadette Redd is Lead Radiologist, Body MRI, Radiology and Imaging Sciences, at the NIH Clinical Center. Dr. Redd earned her Doctorate in Medicine from the Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons in New York City. After completing an Internship in Internal Medicine at Columbia-Presbyterian Medical Center in New York City, she completed her Residency in Diagnostic Radiology at Montefiore Hospital of the Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York City, where she served as Chief Resident. Dr. Redd subsequently trained as an MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imaging) Fellow at the Weill Medical College of Cornell University, New York Presbyterian Hospital, in New York City. Prior to joining NIH Dr. Redd worked as a staff radiologist and Acting Chair of Radiology for the US Indian Health Service in Shiprock, New Mexico and then in private practice in Santa Fe. Dr. Redd joined Radiology and Imaging Sciences at NIH in October 2018, where she serves as the Lead Radiologist for body MRI.
