We will review the three guiding principles of data visualization, basic formats for displaying data (including scatter plots, box plots, etc…), cover some guidelines about when to transform data before plotting, some strategies for displaying high dimensional data (including PCA and t-SNE plots), and review the use of color in data visualization.
