About this Class
Dr. Theodore Alexandrov leads a multidisciplinary team of scientists and software engineers dedicated to developing cutting-edge technologies for spatial and single-cell metabolomics (https://ateam.ucsd.edu). They have developed METASPACE, a cloud software platform for spatial metabolomics used by thousands of scientists worldwide, and SpaceM, a method for single-cell metabolomics which can probe metabolism with the single-cell resolution.
