About this Class
Gene Set Enrichment Analysis (GSEA) is a computational method that determines whether an a priori defined set of genes shows statistically significant, concordant differences between two biological states (e.g. phenotypes).
The GSEA software is a Java based tool freely available from the Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard.
This training class will walk you through getting the most out of this software.
Topics to include:
- Installing GSEA
