Cistrome is an online resource for transcriptional and epigenetic gene regulation.The Cistrome analysis pipeline helps users analyze their ChIP-seq and chromatin accessibility data online, and the Cistrome database allows users to search and browse public data collected and processed. The ITCR Program is a trans-NCI program supporting investigator-initiated, research-driven informatics technology development spanning all aspects of cancer research. The ITCR Program funds tools that support the analysis of -omics, imaging, and clinical data, as well as network biology and data standards.
