About this Class

Due to the growing popularity of high-plex spatial proteomic and transcriptomic techniques, many analysis platforms have been proposed to make sense of the resulting data. Nonetheless, most platforms share common limitations. Dr. Schrom will discuss these limitations and how they are overcome by Spatial Patterning Analysis of Cellular Ensembles (SPACE). After explaining SPACE's key principles, he will show several examples of SPACE analyses of diverse data sets, followed by a practical guide to getting started with SPACE. Finally, he will briefly discuss the future of spatial computational biology.
