About this Class
This session will provide an introduction to statistical tests for categorical/count data. We will cover basic theory and implementation of the Chi Square test, Fisher’s exact test, and the Hypergeometric test. Some simple examples will be shown using the R programming language. Familiarity with R is helpful but not required.
