About this Class
Gene set enrichment analysis (GSEA) is a popular tool for evaluating functional enrichment, especially following differential expression analysis. This session of the BTEP Coding Club will show attendees how to conduct a fast preranked gene set enrichment analysis (fGSEA) using the R package clusterProfiler.
