About this Class
This event is Day 2 of a 2-day workshop on microbiome analysis. On Day 2, attendees will gain hands-on experience setting up and running a shotgun metagenomics pipeline using Nephele, NIAID’s free application for microbiome analysis, and will explore key outputs for downstream analysis.
Note: If you registered for Day 1 of this event, you will not need to register for Day 2.
