About this Course

Bioinformatics for Beginners (B4B) 2026 is a 3-module course for learning how to perform bulk RNA-Seq analysis, including working with Unix and Biowulf (Module 1), analyzing bulk RNA-Seq data (Module 2) and examining differential gene expression and pathway analysis (Module 3).

Registering for this course will include the complete first module on Unix and Biowulf.

Classes will be held throughout July and August 2026, please see the BTEP homepage calendar for details on all classes and modules.
