Using MetaboAnalyst 6.0 for exposomics data analysis - from LC-MS2 spectra processing to dose-response modeling and causal inference

MetaboAnalyst is a platform for the statistical and functional analysis of metabolomics data, and the latest release, MetaboAnalyst 6.0, includes new and updated functionality designed to support exposomics research.

In this session of the BTEP Coding Club, Zhiqiang Pang, PhD, Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of Laval and Research Associate at McGill University introduced how MetaboAnalyst 6.0 can be used to support an exposomics data analysis workflow, including tandem mass spectrometry-based compound identification, exposome annotation, dose-response analysis, and approaches for linking exposures with genetic and functional information.
