Introduction to Qiagen Ingenuity Pathway Analysis
Lesson objective
In this lesson, we will continue to le arn about pathway analysis using the Qiagen Ingenuity Pathway Analysis(IPA) package. This class will be taught by Qiagen field application scientist.
Example data
For the lesson, we will work with the differential expression analysis results from the human brain reference (HBR) and univeral human reference (uhr).
